Daniel founded Prosafe Access Solutions in 2016 and continues to lead the business with a practical, hands-on approach. With a trade background in carpentry and extensive experience in height safety systems, he focuses on delivering safe, compliant and practical roof access solutions for clients across the construction and facilities sectors. Known for his straightforward leadership style and big-picture thinking, Daniel is passionate about building a strong team and growing Prosafe into a trusted name in height safety. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family and keeping Prosafe’s Director of Morale, Ziggy, in line.

Luke oversees Prosafe’s day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistent standard. With extensive hands-on experience in roof access and height safety systems, he brings strong practical insight to planning and execution.

He manages field teams, scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication across inspection, certification, and installation works. Working closely with both staff and clients, Luke maintains workflow efficiency, quality outcomes, and project timeframes across multiple sites.

Known for his practical, solutions-focused approach, he drives performance and accountability across operations. Outside of work, Luke enjoys time with family, trail running, and playing local gigs on the drums.

Jaime supports Prosafe across administration, accounts and client coordination, helping keep the day-to-day operations of the business organised and running smoothly. She manages invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, project documentation and general office coordination, working closely with the management and technical teams.

Having supported Prosafe behind the scenes for over several years while raising a family, Jaime has developed a strong understanding of the business and its operations. With almost 20 years’ experience as a veterinary nurse, she brings a structured, detail-focused approach to documentation, compliance processes and client communication. Outside of work, she enjoys her family time and live music, concerts and festivals.

Calton brings strong hands-on experience in roof access and height safety installations across commercial and industrial projects. As Site Manager, he oversees installation works on site, ensuring systems are installed safely, efficiently and in line with Australian Standards. Known for his practical knowledge and calm approach on site, Calton works closely with crews, builders and facility managers to make sure every job is completed to a high standard. Outside of work, he enjoys dirt bike missions and camping.

Matt oversees project delivery and estimating across Prosafe’s commercial, industrial, and education projects. With a background in roof plumbing and construction, he brings strong practical knowledge of roofing systems, penetrations, waterproofing interfaces, and structural fixings, allowing him to develop practical and buildable access solutions.

Working closely with clients, suppliers, and installation teams, Matt manages project scope, pricing, scheduling, and site coordination to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with relevant Australian Standards. His practical construction experience and problem-solving approach support accurate estimating and successful project outcomes.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys camping, four-wheel driving, and mountain biking.

Scott has been part of the Prosafe team for over five years, bringing strong hands-on experience in the installation of roof access and height safety systems across a wide range of commercial and industrial projects. As a Senior Installer, he works closely with the team on site to ensure systems are installed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Known for his practical approach and reliability, Scott plays an important role in delivering quality outcomes for clients. Outside of work, he enjoys music and rock climbing.

Josh has been a valued member of the Prosafe team for over 5 years, working across the installation of roof access and height safety systems on commercial and industrial sites. Known for his strong work ethic and team-first attitude, Josh helps ensure systems are installed safely, efficiently and in line with Prosafe’s high standards. He works closely with the wider team on site to deliver practical and reliable access solutions for clients. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family.

Ziggy has been an important member of the Prosafe team since 2019, specialising in workplace morale, team bonding and unofficial lunch supervision. Known for his calm leadership style and excellent listening skills, Ziggy ensures the office maintains a positive and supportive atmosphere.

While he may occasionally be spotted “resting his eyes” during business hours, Ziggy remains fully committed to his role and is always ready to boost team spirit, welcome visitors and remind everyone to take a well-earned break. A loyal and dependable member of the team, Ziggy continues to play a vital role in keeping Prosafe running smoothly—one nap at a time.
